Nicolas Daubanes
Born in 1983. Lives and works in Perpignan.
Nicolas Daubanes, visual artist and resident at the Villa Medici for the year 2024-2025, has established himself as one of the leading figures of his generation. Winner of the Prix des Amis du Palais de Tokyo in 2018 and the Prix Drawing Now in 2020, he currently collaborates with Galerie Maubert (Paris) and Galerie ADN (Barcelona). In 2025, he will hold two major solo exhibitions at the Panthéon and the Hôtel des Invalides in Paris.
